VOTE!!!!
Today is an important day in NJ......We need to fill the senate seat left vacant by the passing of Senator Lautenberg (D) with someone we at least think will fight for change........AND REPRESENT US IN and FOR OUR BEST INTERESTS!
VOTE!!!!
We can't complain if we don't vote!...... The VERY least I can do for the sacrifices made by those who came before me who fought and died so I CAN is my rightful obligation!
VOTE!!!!
My Mother, like so many others did not have the right to vote for periods of her and and even my lifetime. IT WAS ALL MANIFESTED THROUGH ACTION and STRUGGLES, this continued quest to promote equality through the vote.Yes, things have changed in the last over 50 plus years since I was born, but much remains the same. In HONOR of her memory and so many others,
I VOTE.
The struggles that where endured and made for me to even write this are the reasons I vote. There are still many things going haywire in government as we can witness with this recent shutdown.
I know voted last week and HAVE DONE SO IN MY BEST INTEREST! When WE, THE PEOPLE vote, they have the right to voice their discontent in a more productive way through the elected even when we did not choose to vote. When the elected don't work in our best interest - we should work to not put them back in office..

LET YOUR LIGHT SHINE
I had a mind flash earlier LET YOUR LIGHT SHINE!....
then I heard the minister say it....
"Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your FATHER
which is in heaven." Matthew 5:16........
Ir's not that we are thinking like that while fulfilling our service of "good works" that we are anyone special. It is the least we can do as the rent we pay for the gift to be here sucking up the air..........
It was a message, A CONFIRMATION/AFFIRMATION......it's even difficult sometimes to execute,......BUT those are the times we have to dig deep to just BE who and what we always profess what we think we're about!!!!!!!!
We just can't nod our head when we hear truth, but WE MUST LIVE IT!
BTW,......the solutions to all that is ailing man, there is a reference to it, whatever it is, it's in THE WORD, GOD'S WORD, THE BIBLE.!
Not entertaining debates here about anything that is written, As with anything, about anything.....He who has an ear, let him hear!...or the mind to discern truth.........There are only truth and lies....which determines how we think.GOD BLESS

Hoping everyone feels well and recognizes they how BLESSED they are. First of all, I AM SO BLESSED! I am grateful on this beautiful day even though I can't put one foot in front of the other to get up and walk and won't be going outside to enjoy the magnificence of this glorious day, and did not sleep last night, I AM TRULY BLESSED! I am so grateful that I am in minimal pain today - to the point that it is nearly nonexistent - on this day. Imagine being in physical pain almost every day for about 26 years, not even addressing mental anguish even longer. Today, I CAN THINK CLEARLY, and I KNOW I AM BLESSED! Today I am able to work freely on my vision and life's purpose even though I must operate from where I sit, I AM BLESSED!
GOD'S word say's all our needs will be supplied...BELIEVE IT! I made a promise to my son before he went back to school last month and it made me quite happy last night even though though the promise was not lived out....I'm working at it. I was reluctant to promise, it's something I rarely do with anyone else but unto myself only. I promised to play chess every day. Anyhow, I beat the game. Chess is the best life skill I learned 34 years ago. Until around 2000, I hadn't played for about 20 years, because I didn't have anyone to play. I taught my son to play when I read in the paper about a chess club in town. Long story short, the kid became a chess champion and because I didn't like losing to the student, avoided playing him - BIG MISTAKE - LOL -
Oh, did I say I AM BLESSED AND GRATEFUL! Believe in the BLESSED ANOINTINGS GOD HAS GIFTED YOU and MAKE THESE 86,400 seconds on this day your gift back to GOD with DELIBERATE GRATITUDE! BE BLESSED! Thank you Sukea for beautifying the world by taming my hair on Tuesday. #anothergreatfulmoment I know this was a long rant...HOPE SOMEONE FINDS A BLESSING SOMEWHERE IN IT. - LOL! HAVE A WONDERFULLY BLESSED DAY!

Talents
We are required to use the talents we were blessed with whether by nature or nurtured for BLESSED SUCCESS!

Dr. Oz is on now with Montel and others talking about people who live with chronic illness/pain, and do they have the right to end their lives. I'm not soliciting debate, but have been living with this dx of multiple sclerosis for 18 yrs and the symptoms for 40. I am still prayerful and hopeful that a cure is soon to come. Be encouraged, at times just living and striving to be a good person can be a difficult road to travel. I made it/making it and continue to evolve. This wheelchair that entered my life 5 years will not remain, and if so, I know the terms that I'm willing to endure.
My greatest job is not over, but our youngest son who was a baby in '93 when I was dx'd is now a sophomore at an Ivy League University. Knowing the circumstances that brought me to this day, I've come a long way by sheer will and against so many odds. I'm still viewed as somewhat sane, and I am proud of my fight. No matter how hard the road seems we're traveling we must remain determined. I'm home bound now and using a wheelchair, but know my life is getting better....SLOWLY YES....but I STILL BELIEVE IN THE POWER OF MY DREAMS. There is a magnificent life I know GOD has for me to live, and I will die pushing forward and fighting for it's manifestation.

GOD'S PROMISE IS UNFOLDING FOR GOOD!
My physical state tells me I'm limited more than I was when I had use of my legs, but the VISION and PURPOSE for my life is yet to manifest. So as I ask my "able bodied friends, What's holding you back? Go and snatch your destiny. It belongs to you or me if we just stretch out and begin to embrace it. Stretch out and BELIEVE.......The path is being paved and the reward....GREAT! That said, I'm on my way.
TBC and BE BLESSED!
